Provisioning a new tenant

License editions: To understand the applicable license editions, see Plans & Pricing.

Overview

Managed Service Partners (MSP) can provision tenants for Druva's Data Protection and Governance services, and manage the quota, storage details, number of users, and different statistical metrics to monitor customer health.

Add a customer

In the Managed Service Center (MSC) portal, you can add customers and configure a service plan for them and subscribe them to Druva's Data protection and Governance offering to protect their Microsoft 365 and Hybrid Workloads data.

Here's how you can add a customer to a service plan.

Procedure

  1. On the top navigation bar of the MSC portal, click Customers. A page with a list of all existing provisioned customers is displayed.

  2. Click Add Customer. The  Add Customer dialog box appears.  Provide all the requested necessary details and click Save to add customers to the service plan.
