Windows Client	NTFS is supported
Windows Server (Master)	NTFS is supported	For hosting the storage on inSync Storage Nodes: NTFS is supported NAS is supported
Linux Clients	ext3, ext4
Linux Servers(Master)	ext3 is supported	For hosting storage on storage nodes: ext3 is supported NAS is supported i.e NFS is supported.
Mac	HFS+, APFS	Does not support encryption.
