How to disable an account in CloudRanger

Overview

This procedure provides the steps to disable or deactivate an account in CloudRanger.

Disable a user account in CloudRanger

  1. Log in to the CloudRanger management console. (https://mgmt.cloudranger.io)
  2. Search the email account of the user who needs to be disabled.

  3. Switch the Active field to Off state to deactivate the user.

  4. Click Save.

Disabling an account from the CloudRanger Management Console only prevents the account from taking an action, but does not prevent login.
