How to change your password in Druva CloudRanger

Overview

This article provides the steps to change the login password of the Druva CloudRanger console.

Change your Druva CloudRanger login password

  1. Open the login page of the CloudRanger console at https://console.cloudranger.com/#login.

    f you are already logged in, exit and then return to the login page.

  2. Click Don't remember your password and enter your email address to receive an email to reset your password.

Druva CloudRanger does not store the authentication credentials in the database.  Instead, it uses OAuth protocol (such as Google, Facebook, and so on) for authentication.
