- The manager of the workspace is the user or the share group that you selected in the Assigned to list.
- After you change the manager of a workspace, the earlier manager becomes a collaborator with Edit Permissions.
- Changing the manager of a workspace does not impact the users' access to the workspace.
To change the manager
- Click to access the Global Navigation Panel > Share.
- Click the Workspaces tab.
- Click the link of the workspace for which you want to change the manager.
- Under the Summary tab, click Edit. The Edit Workspace window appears.
- In the Assigned to list, select a user or share group.
- Click Save.
