Start or cancel a backup operation
The Druva Mobile App automatically backs up data from your mobile device at regular intervals. You can manually start a backup operation at any time or cancel a backup in progress.
Note: If the Druva Mobile App is running in the background and if there is a backup operation in progress, the backup operation will automatically pause after 3 minutes. The backup operation resumes when you open the Druva Mobile App.
Start a backup operation
To start a backup operation
- On the Druva Mobile App sidebar, tap Settings.
- Tap Backup.
- Tap BACKUP NOW.
Cancel a backup operation
To cancel a backup operation
- On the Druva Mobile App sidebar, tap Settings.
- Tap Backup.
- Tap CANCEL BACKUP.
