Protect the Druva mobile app access with a PIN

Setting up a PIN for your Druva Mobile App adds an extra layer of security to protect the Druva Mobile App from unauthorized access. Each time you open the Druva Mobile App, Druva Cloud prompts you for your PIN.

If your administrator enables the Use Pin feature for you, when you log on to the Druva Mobile App, Druva Cloudprompts you to set a PIN for your Druva Mobile App. If your administrator did not enable the Use Pin feature for you, the Druva Mobile App does not prompt you to set a PIN when you log on to the Druva Mobile App.

On an Android device, there is no limitation to the number of times you can enter the wrong PIN. To continue using the Druva Mobile App, you must reinstall the app on your device.

Note: When you uninstall the app, you lose your custom configuration settings and the files that you saved for offline viewing. You must reconfigure the Druva Mobile App again.
