Activate the Druva mobile app

Supported inSync mobile app versions:3.5 or later

To back up data from your Druva Mobile App, you must activate the mobile app on your device. When you activate the app, you are linking your device to the inSync Master. 

After your administrator creates your inSync account, you receive an activation email. This activation email contains your credentials and the inSync Master URL, which you require to log on to the Druva Mobile App. The inSync Master URL is the inSync edition that your organization is using. The inSync editions are inSync On-Premises account and inSync Cloud account. If you want to know more about the inSync edition that your organization is using, contact your administrator.

Note: It is not mandatory for you to activate your inSync account by first logging on to the inSync Client. You can activate your inSync account by first logging on to the Druva Mobile App. If the Druva Mobile App is your first device, then you must use the new password to activate inSync on all your subsequent devices.
