This report provides information about the devices that are deleted from Druva inSync using any of the following functionalities in Druva inSync -
- Manually deleted by an administrator
- Auto-deletion of inactive devices
- Auto-deletion of preserved AD/LDAP users
- Auto-deletion of preserved users
- Deleted using the 'Delete a Device' API
This report is available only to Cloud Administrators.
On the inSync Management Console menu bar, click Reports and then select Deleted Device report.
|Device Name||Displays the name of the deleted device. In the case of a Cloud App account, it displays the name of the Cloud App.|
|User Name||Displays the inSync user name of the user to whom the deleted device or Cloud App account belonged.|

The actual User-Identifier Custom Attribute of the user from your registered AD/LDAP.
|User Status||Displays the current account status of the user in inSync.|
|Profile Name||Displays the name of the inSync profile to which the user is associated.|
|Last Backup Status||
Displays the status of the last backup.
|Last Completed Backup||
Displays the date and time when the last backup was completed.
The column will show blank for devices that have not yet connected to inSync Cloud or the first backup is yet to complete.
|Backup Data (MB)||Displays the total size of backed-up data for the device. Total size is a combination of incremental and differential backup data for the device.|
|Device OS||Displays the OS platform of the device. For a Cloud App account, it displays the name of the Cloud App.|
Displays the date and time when the device last connected to inSync Cloud.
The column will show blank for Cloud-app accounts and for those devices which have not yet connected to inSync Cloud.
|Deleted On||Displays the date and time when the device was deleted in Druva inSync.|
