Salesforce Backup and Restore Report
This report displays all the backup and restore activities that occurred on configured Salesforce instances during a specified period.
On the inSync Management Console menu bar, click Reports and click Salesforce Backup and Restore Report.
Understanding the Salesforce Backup and Restore Report

Salesforce Back and Restore 1.0 Report
The following table lists the fields from the Salesforce Backup and Restore Report when using the Salesforce 1.0 solution.
|Salesforce Instance||The name of the Salesforce instance on which the activity occurred.|
|Salesforce User ID||The email id of the Salesforce user for which Salesforce instance is configured.|
|Activity Time||The date and time on which the activity occurred.|
|Activity Type||Type of the activity occurred, either Backup or Restore.|
|Restored Destination||The Salesforce org into which the data was restored. Displays NA for a backup activity.|
|Status||The status of the activity occurred.|
|Data Size||The size of the data backed up or restored, based on the activity occurred.|
|Details||Additional details for the activity occurred, if any.|
Salesforce Backup and Restore 2.0 Report
The following table lists the fields from the Salesforce Backup and Restore Report when using the Salesforce 2.0 solution.
The date intervals considered for the backup and restore report.
You can select the period for the report from the dropdown available at the top-right corner of the page.
|Salesforce Instance||The Salesforce instance details for the activity.|
|Backup Definition||The backup definition name for the activity.|
|Salesforce User||The Salesforce user who initiated the activity.|
|Activity Time||The date and time of the backup or restore activity in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format as per UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) time zone.|
The type of activity, such as:
|Restored Instance||The Salesforce instance details of the destination organization where the data was restored.|
The status of the backup or restore activity. The types of status are as follows:
