Protect the Druva mobile app access with a passcode

Setting up a passcode for your Druva Mobile App adds an extra layer of security to protect the Druva Mobile App from unauthorized access. Each time you open the Druva Mobile App, it prompts you for your passcode.

If your administrator enables the Use Pin feature for you, when you log on to the Druva Mobile App, Druva prompts you to set a passcode for your Druva Mobile App. If your administrator did not enable the Use Pin feature for you, the Druva Mobile App does not prompt you to set a passcode when you log on to the Druva Mobile App.

If you enter the wrong passcode five times in a row, the Druva Mobile App is disabled. To continue using the Druva Mobile App, you must reinstall the app on your device.

Note: When you uninstall the app, you lose your custom configuration settings and the files that you saved for offline viewing. You must reconfigure the Druva Mobile App again.
