The inSync Mobile App maintains a cache of files that you open. When you open a file, the file is downloaded to the cache of your mobile device. When the cache limit exceeds the defined limit, inSync removes the oldest items to create space for the new items. To clear your cache
- On the inSync Mobile App sidebar, tap Settings.
- In the GENERAL area, tap App Settings.
- Tap Clear Cache. A confirmation message appears.
- Tap Yes.
