Log on to the Druva mobile app
Your administrator can configure the method that they want you to use to log on and activate the Druva Mobile App. The following table lists the methods that your administrator can configure for you. Log on method Description Druva password This is the password that Druva assigns for your account. You can reset this password. If your organization follows a password policy, your administrator can make it mandatory for you to follow the same Password Policy

Druva password |
This is the password that Druva assigns for your account. You can reset this password. If your organization follows a password policy, your administrator can make it mandatory for you to follow the same password policy. For example, if your organization’s password policy mandates the use of special characters in the password, Druva Cloud will not accept any password that does not contain special characters. |
Active Directory password | This is your user name and password that is configured with the Active Directory for your organization. |
Single Sign-On password |
This is your Single Sign-On user name and password. |
Before you begin
Before you log on to the Druva Mobile App, ensure the following:
- You have the activation email for your Druva account.
- You are aware of the login mechanism that you must use when you log on to the Druva Mobile App. If you are not sure about the login mechanism, contact your administrator.
Log on to the Druva Mobile App by using your Druva password
To log on to the Druva Mobile App
- Open the Druva Mobile App.
- Tap the edition that you are using, and enter the appropriate details. If you are not sure about the edition, contact your Administrator.
inSync Edition Action inSync On-Premises To connect to the inSync On-Premises edition, under inSync Deployed Using area, tap On Premise. inSync Cloud To connect to the Druva Cloud edition, under Deployed Using area, tap Cloud.
inSync GovCloud You can connect to GovCloud in either of the following ways:
- Under the Deployed Using area, tap inSync On-Premises, and then enter govcloud.druva.com as the Server URL.
Or
- Under the Deployed Using area, tap Cloud > GovCloud.
Note: Applicable from Druva Mobile App version 10 or later.
- Provide the appropriate information for each field.
Field Action Server URL Type the URL for the Druva Cloud.
To connect to GovCloud, enter govcloud.druva.com as the Server URL.
Note: The Server URL is applicable only for the inSync On-Premises edition.
Email Type the email ID for your Druva account. Password Type the password that you received in the activation email. You are prompted to change your password after you log on to the Druva Mobile App.
If the Druva Mobile App is not your first device and you have updated your inSync Client password, type that password. - Tap Login.
Log on to the Druva Mobile App by using your Active Directory credentials
To log on to the Druva Mobile App
- Open the Druva Mobile App.
- Tap the inSync edition that you are using. If you are not sure about the Druva edition, contact your Administrator.
- Provide the appropriate information for each field.
Field Action Server URL Type the URL for the Druva Cloud.
Note: The Server URL is applicable only for the inSync On-Premises edition.
Email Type the email ID for your Druva account. Password Type the password for your Active Directory.
- Tap Login.
Log on to the Druva Mobile App by using your Single Sign-On credentials
To log on to the Druva Mobile App
- Open the Druva Mobile App.
- Tap the Druva edition that you are using. If you are not sure about the edition, contact your Administrator.
- Provide the appropriate information for each field.
Field Action Server URL Type the URL for the Druva Cloud.
Note: The Server URL is applicable only for the inSync On-Premises edition.
Email Type the email ID for your Druva account. Password Keep the Password box empty.
- Tap Single Sign-On. The SSO provider’s authentication website appears.
- Type your Single Sign-On password.
