inSync provides defined file types that you can choose to include or exclude from a backup. You can configure these settings from the Create Profile wizard.
By default, inSync:
Based on your requirements, you can always change the default selections while configuring the profile in inSync.
Note: By default, inSync excludes the following file extensions from backup via Exclude Files in a profile: *.wim; *.bak; *.cab; *.dll; *.exe; *.tmp; *.ost; *.olk; *.oab; *.dmp; *.vmem; *.driveupload; *.indd; *.ipa; *.ithmb.
