Data Protection Risk Report

The Data Protection Risk report is available with the new Security Command Center.

Purpose

What information does this report provide

Data Protection Risk report provides a consolidated view of the connection status of the Hybrid workload agents with Cloud.

This report is available for the following workloads

  • NAS
  • File Server
  • MS-SQL
  • Hyper-V
  • VMware
  • Oracle Phoenix Backup Store
  • Oracle Direct to Cloud

How does the report help

With this report, you can proactively identify agents that are disconnected from Druva Cloud; hence backups are stopped, and recovery points are not created. With this information available well in time, you can take corrective actions, resume the backups, and mitigate data protection risks.

Example

Here's an example of how the Data Protection Risk report helps to uncover data risks.

  • Workload type: VMware
  • Last backup (RPO): 1st January 2022, 12.05 AM
  • Backup proxy disconnected time from Druva Cloud: 1st January, 5.00 AM
  • Organization impacted: Organization A
  • Data protection risk uncovered: No recovery points are created for the VMware of Organization A after 1st January 2022 5.00 AM
