Overview
This section displays the logged-in administrator's customer details and licenses consumption information, and this section is visible only to:
- Druva Cloud administrator
- inSync Cloud administrator
- Phoenix Cloud administrator
Access Path
Click the Druva logo to access the Global Navigation Panel > Account Details.
Based on the services available for your account, you can see the following sections:
- inSync License
- Phoenix License
inSync License
The inSync License section shows customer details such as storage allocated, license expiry, storage consumption, data sources, and users. The information in this section is described below.
Field | Description |
---|---|
License Edition | The license edition selected. |
Subscription Term | The date the subscription is valid till. |
Active Users | The ratio of total count of users using a service over total count of users. |
Avg. Storage per User | The average storage consumed by each user. |
Total Storage Allocated | The amount of storage purchased for an account |
Total Storage Used | The amount of storage backed up data consumes for an account |
In addition, the inSync License section shows the license consumption of inSync users. This area displays details of the licenses that your organization has purchased and consumed. The following table describes the fields in the license consumption area.

The total number of users that have Microsoft 365 and G Suite account associated. One Microsoft 365 and G Suite User license consist of:
Anyone of these apps associated with a user is counted as one license. |
Box | Number of Box licenses purchased for an account | Total number of active users that have a Box account associated and are using the inSync service. | The total number of users that have a Box account associated. |
Share | Number of inSync Share licenses purchased for an account | Total number of active users that are using inSync share. | The total number of users that use inSync Share. |
Note: The difference in count between total created users and total active users is the number of preserved users for the corresponding data source.
For example:
- 800 device licenses, and 100 licenses for Microsoft 365 and G Suite, 100 for Box, and 100 for Share are purchased for an organization
- 650 users are using the device license
- 80 users are using the device and Box license
- 800 device users, 100 Microsoft 365 & G Suite users, and 80 Box users are registered with inSync, and zero Share users are registered with inSync.

Phoenix License
The Phoenix License section is described below:
Field | Description |
---|---|
License Edition | The type of license purchased for your account. Can be: Elite, Business, or Enterprise. The Elite license comes with Cloud DR, you can purchase Cloud DR separately if you are an Enterprise customer, and Business Cloud DR is not available with Business license. |
Credit | Storage credits available for your account.
Phoenix allows you to purchase storage in terms of credits. One credit is defined as an average usage of 1 TB storage over a period of a calendar month. Credits are purchased in TB months. |
In addition, if Cloud DR is enabled for your account, you can see the number of virtual machines it protects. The Cloud DR area described below:
