Account Details

Access Path 

Go to Druva Cloud Platform  > Account Details

Overview

The Account details page displays the license consumption information of the logged-in administrator's user.

Considerations:

The Account Details page is visible only to:

  • Druva Cloud Administrator
  • Cloud administrator for inSync
  • Cloud administrator for Enterprise Workloads

Based on the services available for your account, you can see the following sections:

Endpoints 

To know how the Endpoints active and preserve licenses are consumed, see active and preserve license rationale. The Endpoints section shows the following information:

Field

Description

License Edition

The type of license purchased for your account. For more information about the license edition, see Plans & Pricing.

Active Licenses

Displays the total number of Endpoints active licenses consumed as well as allocated.

For example, 0/2 Active Licenses indicates that out of a total of 2 Endpoints active licenses allocated, currently, 0 is consumed by the user.

Preserved Licenses

Displays the total number of Endpoints preserved licenses consumed as well as allocated.

Expiry Date

The expiry date of the Endpoints license.

Microsoft 365

To know how the active and preserve licenses are consumed, see active and preserve license rationale. The Microsoft 365 section shows the following information:

Active Licenses

Displays the total number of Microsoft 365 active licenses consumed as well as allocated.

For example, 0/2 Active Licenses indicates that out of a total of 2 Microsoft 365 active licenses allocated, currently 0 is consumed by the user.

Preserved Licenses

Displays the total number of Microsoft 365 preserved licenses consumed as well as allocated.

Expiry Date

The expiry date of the Microsoft 365 license.

Google Workspace

Salesforce Backup

The Salesforce Backup section shows the following information:

Active Licenses

Displays the total number of Salesforce active licenses consumed as well as allocated.

For example, 0/2 Active Licenses indicates that out of a total of 2 Salesforce active licenses allocated, currently 0 is consumed by the user.

Expiry Date

The expiry date of the Salesforce license.

Enterprise Workloads

The Enterprise Workloads show the following information:

Field Description

License Edition

The type of license purchased for your account. For more information about the license edition, see Licensing Information.

Credit Balance

Storage credits available for your account. 

Enterprise Workloads allow you to purchase storage in terms of credits. One credit is defined as an average usage of 1 TB storage over a period of a calendar month. Credits are purchased in TB months.

LTR cost reduction rate

For Enterprise Workloads, you can now find information about the cost reduction rate with Long-Term Retention capability.

Note: Long-Term Retention capability is available only with Elite and Enterprise license editions.

Archive cost reduction rate

For Enterprise Workloads, you can now find information about cost reduction rate  with the Archive capability.

Note: Archive capability is available only with Elite and Enterprise license editions.

Endpoints and SaaS Apps Storage Summary

The Endpoints and SaaS Apps Storage Summary section shows the amount of storage allocated and consumed for Endpoints, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace workloads.

Click the information icon to view the workloads for which the storage information is displayed.

Ransomware Recovery

The Ransomware Recovery section shows the following information:

Workloads Covered

Lists the workloads covered for Ransomware Recovery.

Expiry Date

The expiry date of the workload license.

Cloud DR

The Cloud DR section summarizes the following Enterprise Workloads license information:

Licenses Allocated

The total number of licenses allocated for Hybrid Workloads.

Licenses Used

The total number of licenses used for Hybrid Workloads.

Workloads Covered

Lists the workloads covered for Hybrid Workloads.
