Log in to Druva Cloud Platform Console
The Druva Cloud Platform Console provides administrators with the capability to manage and monitor Druva services for their account.
Before you begin
Before you log on to the Druva Cloud Platform Console, ensure that you have received an email from Druva that contains the account activation link. Here's an example of the invitation email:
Ensure that the incoming and outgoing traffic from the following URLs is permitted:
- For Public Cloud:
- For Governance Cloud:
No changes are required if you allow incoming and outgoing traffic from Druva URLs by adding *.druva.com in the exclusion list of the firewall settings. To allow the traffic from the URLs listed above using IP addresses, contact Druva Support.
Log in using the credentials
To log in to the Druva Cloud Platform Console:
- Open a web browser.
- To access the console,
- For Druva Cloud, type https://login.druva.com in the address bar and press enter.
- For inSync GovCloud, type, https://loginfederal.druva.com in the address bar and press enter.
The Administrator Login page appears.
- In the Email box, type the email ID and click Next.
- If you have licensed Druva Phoenix as well as inSync and if you have not merged both the accounts, on the next page you get an option to select the product. As applicable, select either Phoenix or inSync and click Next.
Druva recommends you to merge your Druva Phoenix and inSync accounts. This offers you a unified experience from the Druva Cloud Platform Console. To merge your Druva Phoenix and inSync accounts, contact Druva Support.
- Type the password in the Password field.
- Click Submit.
Administrators are redirected to the Console as per the following scenarios:Existing Druva Support.
Druva Phoenix and inSync customers will be, by default, redirected to the Druva Cloud Platform Console in a phased manner. For more information, contact- New Druva customers that is; Druva Phoenix customers on-boarded after 02 July 2018 and inSync customers on-boarded after 14 July 2018 are redirected to the Druva Cloud Platform Console.
- Existing Druva Phoenix and inSync customers are either redirected to their respective Management Console or to the Druva Cloud Platform Console, as per the login experience enabled for their account.
- Existing Druva Phoenix and inSync customers who purchase either of the product licenses, are redirected to the Druva Cloud Platform Console.
Note: For security purpose, the users who attempt to login for the first time are immediately prompted to change the password.
After you set your new password, ensure you keep the password secure and remember it. Druva does not have access to your data and cannot reset your account password if you forget it. Only the Druva Cloud Administrator and Cloud administrators can reset the password of other administrators in your organization.
Log in using Single Sign-On
If your Druva Cloud Administrator has configured Single Sign-On, perform the following steps:
- Open a web browser.
- To access the console,
- For inSync Cloud, type https://login.druva.com in the address bar and press enter.
- For inSync GovCloud, type, https://loginfederal.druva.com in the address bar and press enter.
The Login page appears.
- In the Email box, type the email ID and click Next.
You are redirected to the SSO authentication page.Note: If you are a Druva Cloud Administrator, you can choose to login using your account password instead of SSO credentials.
- On the SSO authentication page to which you are redirected, enter your IdP username and password.
- Click Login.
Administrators are redirected to the Console as per the following scenarios:Existing Druva Support.
Druva Phoenix and inSync customers will be, by default, redirected to the Druva Cloud Platform Console in a phased manner. For more information, contactNote:
- Druva prompts you to repeat steps 3 and 4 if you log in from a different browser or a different computer.
- Druva displays End User License Agreement (EULA) to every Druva Cloud Administrator who attempts to log on for the first time. Cloud administrators must read it and click Accept to acknowledge it to proceed further.
- New Druva customers that is; Druva Phoenix customers on-boarded after 02 July 2018 and inSync customers on-boarded after 14 July 2018 are redirected to the Druva Cloud Platform Console.
- Existing Druva Phoenix and inSync customers are either redirected to their respective Management Console or to the Druva Cloud Platform Console, as per the login experience enabled for their account.
- Existing Druva Phoenix and inSync customers who purchase either of the product licenses are redirected to the Druva Cloud Platform Console.
