Manage New Account State

Heads up!

We've transitioned to a new documentation portal to serve you better. Access the latest content by clicking here.

All new AWS accounts added on Druva CloudRanger will be configured in an Inactive state. Administrators may use the New Account State toggle to set the default status of new account(s) configured on Druva CloudRanger.

To modify the default state for new accounts:

  1. Log into your Druva CloudRanger console and select the Organization for which you wish to modify the default Account State.
  2. Click the gear icon on the top navigation bar.

  3. On the Organization Settings page, set the New Account State toggle to the appropriate status.

Note: Setting the default state to Active for all new accounts configured on Druva CloudRanger could mean additional cost implications, based on your current subscription plan. For more information, contact Support.
