Overview
This report displays license information, server statistics, storage statistics, storage alert, last backup status, failed backups, active alerts, restore activity, sharing usage, user rollout.
System Information
The following table lists the fields in the System Information area.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Processor | The processor of the computer where inSync Master is installed. |
CPU Cores | The number of CPU cores that the processor has. |
Total Memory | The total memory of the computer where inSync Master is installed. |
Operating System | The operating system and the version of the operating system where inSync Master is installed. |
Configured IP/Ports | The ports configured for inSync Master. |
Web Restore Ip/Port | The port used by inSync Master for restore activities. |
inSync Server Backup Port | The port used by inSync client to connect to inSync Master for backups. |
Server Version | The version of the inSync Server that is installed on your environment. |
License Information
The following table lists the fields in the License Information area.
Field | Description |

Type | The type of the inSync Server license. For example, evaluation. |
Validity | The validity of the inSync Server license. |
Clients | The maximum number of inSync clients that can be activated per the inSync Server license. |
Guests | The total number of guest users using inSync Share. |
Store Limit |
The amount of total storage available. By default, this value is Unlimited as Druva allows you to add unlimited amount of storage to your setup. |
Edition | The edition of the product. For example, Private Cloud. |
DLP | Provides information whether DLP license is available. |
DLP license type | The type of the DLP license. For example, evaluation. |
DLP valid till | The validity of the DLP license. |
Governance | Provides information whether Governance license is available. |
Governance license type | The type of the Governance license. For example, evaluation. |
Governance valid till | The validity of the Governance license. |
Granular Admin Rights | Provides information whether granular admin rights are enabled. |
System Settings Backup | Provides information whether System Settings Backup license is available. |
System Settings Backup license type | The type of the System Settings Backup license. For example, evaluation. |
System Settings Backup valid till | The validity of the System Settings Backup license. |
Mobile Backup | Provides information whether Mobile license is available. |
Mobile Backup license type | The type of the Mobile license. For example, evaluation. |

License Consumption
The following table lists the fields in the License Consumption area.
Field | Description |

License | License consumption of all users like Total Users, Device Users, Office 365 & Google Apps Users, Box Users, Share Users, and Salesforce Users. |
Total | The total number of users for the corresponding license type. |
Active | The number active users for the corresponding license type. |
Server Statistics
The following table lists the fields in the Server Statistics area.
Field | Description |

Total users | The total number of inSync users assigned to the server. |
Active users | Number of inSync users who are currently active on the inSync Server instance. |
Preserved users | The number of inSync users who are disabled. |
Total storage | The amount of storage available. |
Used storage | The amount of storage space used. |
Percentage of used storage | The percentage of storage used. |
Storage Statistics
The following table lists the fields in the Storage Statistics area.
Field | Description |

Storage Name | The name of the storage. |
Storage Path | The path of the storage. |
Storage pool | Name of the storage pool to which the storage belongs. |
No. of Users | The number of users assigned to the storage. |
Capacity (MB) | The amount of space consumed by the backup data on storage in MB. |
Incremental size of files (MB) | The incremental amount of space consumed by the date on storage in MB. |
Total size of Backed Up Files (MB) |
The total size of the backup data on the storage. |
Data Size (MB) | The total size of all volumes including database backup but excluding database and database log folder. |
DB Size (MB) | The size of the database in MB. |
DB Log Size (MB) | The size of database logs in MB. |
Percent Used | The total percentage of storage used. |
Disk Space Savings | Shows disk space savings in ratio format. |
Compaction Started | Displays the compaction start date. |
Compaction Ended | Displays the compaction end date. |
Storage Alert
The following table lists the fields in the Storage Alert area.
Field | Description |

Entity | The name of the storage. |
Alert Details | The details about the alert. For example, Low Database Storage Available. |
First Occurrence | The date and time when the alert first occurred. |
Latest Occurrence | The date and time when the alert last occurred. |
Active | Status about whether the alert is still active. |
Data Volume Statistics
The following table lists the fields in the Data Volume Statistics area.

Storage Name | The name of the storage. |
Volume Path | The path of the volume. |
Volume Data Usage (MB) | The total data usage of the volume in MB. |
Last Backup Status
The following table lists the fields in the Last Backup Status Report area.

User Details | The name and email address of the user. |
Data Source | The name of the device that is registered to the user. |
Profile | The profile that is assigned to the user. |
Client Version | The version of inSync client on user's device. |
Client OS | The operating system of the user's device. |
Data Source Status |
The backup status of the device. For example, enabled. |
Backup Start Time | The date and time when the backup started. |
Backup End Time | The date and time when the backup completed. |
Last Successful Backup Time |
The date and time of the last successful backup. |
Files Backed Up | The number of files that inSync backed up. |
Files Missed | The number of files that inSync was not able to back up. |
Bytes Transferred (MB) | The number of bytes transferred during backup. |
Status | The status of the backup operation. A device can have the following backup statuses:

Backup Details | Additional details about the status of the backup operation. For example, if backups fail due to insufficient storage, the Status column displays Backup Failed as the status and the Backup Details column displays additional details such as Quota limit reached. |
Backup Data (MB) | The size of actual backed up data for the device. Actual data signifies the existing backed up data for the device after differential backups. |
Allocated Quota (MB) | The quota in MB that is allocated for the user.
Notes: 0.00 MB denotes unlimited quota is allocated to the user. |
Total Backup Data (MB) |
The total size of backed up data for the device. Total size is a combination of incremental and differential backup data for the device. |
Storage Name | The name of the storage assigned to the user. |
Last Connected | Date and time when the device last connected to inSync server. The column will show blank for devices which have not yet connected to inSync server. |
Current Active Alerts |
Displays the count and the active alerts received from the device. For example: 2 Alerts: Client application reported error; Misconfigured Backup Folder |
Failed Backups
The following table lists the fields in the Failed Backups area.

Alert Details | The details about the alert. For example, User Backup Inactivity. |

Restore Activity

Profile | The profile that is assigned to the user. |
Mode | The type of the restore operation based on it's origin. For example, Admin, Web, self, or mobile. |
System Settings Restore | Whether system settings were restored. |
No of files | The number of files that were restored. |
Restore Size (MB) | The number of bytes in MB that were restored. |
Status | The status of the restore operation. |
Storage Name | The name of the storage. |
Sharing Usage
The following table lists the fields in the Sharing Usage area.

Total Files | The total number of files that are shared by the user. |
Shared Folders | The number of folders that are shared by the user. |
Size (MB) | The total size of data that is shared by the user. |
Links | The number of links that are created by the user for sharing the data. |
Share Status | The share status of active users is displayed. If the User Status and Profile Share setting is set as enabled, the Share Status will be enabled. But if either User Status or Profile Share setting is disabled, the Share Status will be disabled. |
User Rollout
The following table lists the fields in the User Rollout area.

Added On | The date and time when the user was added. |
Profile | The profile that is assigned to the user. |
User Status | The status of the user. For example, enabled. |
Data Source | The name of the device that is registered to the user. |
Activated On | The date and time when the device was activated. |
System Settings | The status of whether the device's system settings were backed up. |
Last Backup Status | The status of the last backup operation. |
Last Backup Time | The date and time on which the last backup was completed. |
First Backup Status | The status of the first backup operation. |
First Backup Size (MB) | The size of the files in MB that were backed up during the first backup operation. |
Bytes Transferred (MB) | The number of bytes transferred during backup. |
Time Taken (hh:mm) | The time taken for the backup operation to complete in hours and minutes. |
Storage Name | The name of the storage. |
Preserved Users
The following table lists the fields in the Preserved Users area.

Inactive Devices
The following table lists the fields in the Inactive Devices area.
Field | Description |

Device Name | The name of the inactive device as registered with inSync. |
Device Status | Displays Enabled or Disabled based on the status assigned to the device in inSync. |
User Name | User name to which the inactive device is linked. |
User Status | The status of inSync Client user associated with the inactive device. Displays the user status as Active or Preserved. |
Profile Name | Name of the profile associated with the inactive device. |
Last Backup Date |
Date and time when inSync performed the last backup from the inactive device. |
Last Connected |
Date and time when the inactive device last connected to inSync server. |
Auto Delete On | If inSync is configured to auto-delete preserved users, Auto Delete On column displays the system calculated date on which the user will be deleted from inSync. |
