This page gives graphical representation of various entities of your inSync setup.
The following table lists the fields in the Summary area.
The total number of users configured for backup and the maximum number of users you can create for your inSync setup.
For example, 2 indicates that you can create 25 users, but you created 2.
|Devices||The total number of devices that has inSync installed.|
|Dedupe Ratio|| |
Overall de-duplication ratio of all combined storage.
For example, a dedupe ratio of 1:2.36 indicates that 1 unit of storage space was actually consumed. If deduplication was absent, the actual consumption of disk space might have been 2.36 units.
|Storage Savings||The storage space saved because of deduplication. This indicates the difference between the total data stored and the disk space used.|
|Storage Savings Summary||In a graphical representation, the total data that is stored and the actual disk space occupied by the backup data.|
The following table lists the fields in the Live Activities area.
|Activities||The number of backup and restore activities that are in progress.|
|Backups In Progress||The number of backups that are in progress.|
|Restores In Progress||The number of restores that are in progress.|
|Live Activities Summary||In a graphical representation, the backups and restores that are in progress.|
The following table lists the fields in the Backup Statistics area.
|Backed Up Successfully||The number of devices for which the last backup was successful.|
|Backup Failed||The number of devices for which the last backup failed.|
|Backed Up With Errors||The number of devices for which the last backup completed with errors.|
|Inactive||The number of devices that did not communicate with the inSync server for a specific period or have been deactivated.|
|Never Backed Up||The number of devices that were never backed up.|
|Device Backup Summary||In a graphical representation, the backup status of all devices.|
The following table lists the fields in the Server Usage area.
|Connections||The numbers of connections to the inSync server.|
|CPU Usage||The percentage of processing power that inSync server utilizes.|
|Bandwidth Usage||The bandwidth inSync server is consuming.|
|Server Start Time||The time since when the server is running.|
|Connections in past 24 hours||In a graphical representation, the number of connections to the inSync server in the last 24 hours.|
The following table lists the fields in the Share Summary area.
|Users Sharing||The number of users and the maximum number of users that can use the sharing functionality. For example, 2 indicates that 2 out of 25 allowed users are using share.|
|Guests||The number of guests and the maximum number of share guests. For example, 2 indicates that 2 out of 25 guests are using share.|
|Sharing Usage||The amount of data in the inSync share folder of all the users.|
|Avg. Share Per User||The average size of data in the inSync share folder of all the users.|
|Overall Share Activity||In a graphical representation, the number of folders and download links shared by the users.|
The following table lists the fields in the DLP Summary area.
|Devices Traced||The total number of devices that DLP is tracing. The location of the traced devices appear as dots on the World map.|
|Encrypted||The total number of devices on which the backup data is encrypted.|
|Auto Delete Enabled||The total number of devices on which the data in the backup folders is automatically deleted if these devices do not connect to inSync for a specific number of days.|
The following table lists the fields in the Storage Growth area.
Note: This information is displayed only when you do not have inSync share or DLP license.
|Healthy Storages||The number of storages that were available in the last month.|
