Overview
This page gives graphical representation of various entities of your inSync setup.
Summary
The following table lists the fields in the Summary area.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Users | The total number of users configured for backup and the maximum number of users you can create for your inSync setup. For example, 2 [25] indicates that you can create 25 users, but you created 2. |
Devices | The total number of devices that has inSync installed. |
Dedupe Ratio | Overall de-duplication ratio of all combined storage. For example, a dedupe ratio of 1:2.36 indicates that 1 unit of storage space was actually consumed. If deduplication was absent, the actual consumption of disk space might have been 2.36 units. |
Storage Savings | The storage space saved because of deduplication. This indicates the difference between the total data stored and the disk space used. |
Storage Savings Summary | In a graphical representation, the total data that is stored and the actual disk space occupied by the backup data. |
Live Activities
The following table lists the fields in the Live Activities area.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Activities | The number of backup and restore activities that are in progress. |
Backups In Progress | The number of backups that are in progress. |
Restores In Progress | The number of restores that are in progress. |
Live Activities Summary | In a graphical representation, the backups and restores that are in progress. |
Backup Statistics
The following table lists the fields in the Backup Statistics area.
Field | Description |

Backed Up Successfully | The number of devices for which the last backup was successful. |
Backup Failed | The number of devices for which the last backup failed. |
Backed Up With Errors | The number of devices for which the last backup completed with errors. |
Inactive | The number of devices that did not communicate with the inSync server for a specific period or have been deactivated. |
Never Backed Up | The number of devices that were never backed up. |
Device Backup Summary | In a graphical representation, the backup status of all devices. |
Server Usage
The following table lists the fields in the Server Usage area.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Connections | The numbers of connections to the inSync server. |
CPU Usage | The percentage of processing power that inSync server utilizes. |
Bandwidth Usage | The bandwidth inSync server is consuming. |
Server Start Time | The time since when the server is running. |
Connections in past 24 hours | In a graphical representation, the number of connections to the inSync server in the last 24 hours. |
Share Summary
The following table lists the fields in the Share Summary area.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Users Sharing | The number of users and the maximum number of users that can use the sharing functionality. For example, 2 [25] indicates that 2 out of 25 allowed users are using share. |
Guests | The number of guests and the maximum number of share guests. For example, 2 [25] indicates that 2 out of 25 guests are using share. |
Sharing Usage | The amount of data in the inSync share folder of all the users. |
Avg. Share Per User | The average size of data in the inSync share folder of all the users. |
Overall Share Activity | In a graphical representation, the number of folders and download links shared by the users. |
DLP Summary
The following table lists the fields in the DLP Summary area.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Devices Traced | The total number of devices that DLP is tracing. The location of the traced devices appear as dots on the World map. |
Encrypted | The total number of devices on which the backup data is encrypted. |
Auto Delete Enabled | The total number of devices on which the data in the backup folders is automatically deleted if these devices do not connect to inSync for a specific number of days. |
Storage Growth
The following table lists the fields in the Storage Growth area.
Note: This information is displayed only when you do not have inSync share or DLP license.
Field | Description |

Healthy Storages | The number of storages that were available in the last month. |
Storage Growth | In a graphical representation, the percentage of data increase in the storages over the last one month. |
