Reset the password for a user

To reset password for the users

  1. On the inSync Master Management Console menu bar, click Manage > Users.
  2. Select the users whose password you want to reset.
  3. Click More > Reset Password. The Reset Password window appears.

  4. (Optional) Update the subject and body of the reset password email.
  5. Click Reset Password.

inSync sends an email that contains the new password to the users.
