Allow users to configure backup folders

Procedure

Note: You can allow users to configure backup folders through profiles. You cannot do this on an individual user level.

To allow users to add folders

  1. On the inSync Master Management Console menu bar, click Manage > Profiles.
  2. Click the link of the profile for which you want to allow users to configure backup folders.
  3. Click the Laptop Backup Content tab.
  4. Click Edit. The Edit Profile window appears.
  5. Select the Allow users to add folders check box.
  6. Click Save.
