Test connection to inSync Server
Overview
If a backup fails, test the connection between the inSync Client and the inSync Server by using the Troubleshoot link. The Troubleshoot link appears only if your backup fails because of network errors. If you continue to encounter backup failures, contact your inSync administrator.
Procedure
To test connection
- Start the inSync Client.
- Select the Backup & Restore tab, and in the right pane click the Troubleshoot link.
