The following table lists the UI elements on the inSync client interface.

User Interface Element	Description
Backup & Restore page	View the last backup details of the inSync client and the next backup schedule. For more information, see View last backup details. View folders or email clients for which the inSync client backs up data. You can also configure folders or include email clients for backup if your inSync administrator grants the required permissions. For more information on how to configure folders for backup, see Configure folders for backup. For more information on how to include email clients for backup, see Include email clients for backup. View the sync and share status. Manually start backups at any time or cancel a backup in progress. For more information, see Start and cancel backup. Pause the inSync client backup for an hour, a day, or till the next backup schedule. For more information, see Pause and resume backup.
Sync & Share page	Access the inSync Share folder on your laptop. Access inSync Web. Update the location of the inSync Share folder. Pause and resume a sync operation. View the most recently-synced files. The Recently Synced Files list displays the last 6 synced files along with the action type, such as added, removed, or updated.
Settings page	Update backup interval and system resources. Configure proxy settings. Block specific networks from backing up data.
My Account page	Update your inSync account password. Control privacy of your backup data. Reactivate inSync.
inSync mobile app icons	When you click this icon, the location from where you can download the inSync mobile app for your mobile device appears.

inSync system tray icons

The following table lists the description of the inSync system tray icon.

Icon	Description
	Backup completed successfully.
(Animation)	Data backup is in progress.
	inSync is paused.
	Backup was disrupted or connection to inSync Master was lost.
	Backup was disrupted due to a severe error. Contact your inSync administrator for more details.

The following table lists the description of the inSync system tray icon for Linux 5.9.2 and above

Icon	Description
	Backup completed successfully.
	There was an authentication error or backup was interrupted
	Data backup is in progress.
	Device is not backed up.
	inSync is paused.
