Test connection to inSync Master

Procedure

If a backup fails, test the connection between inSync and the inSync Master. If you continue to encounter backup failures, contact your inSync administrator. The Troubleshoot link appears only if your backup fails.

To test connection

  1. Start inSync.
  2. On the Summary page, click the Troubleshoot link.
