Changing your inSync account password


This topic explains how to change your inSync account password.

Note: This topic is not applicable if you are using your Active Directory or Single Sign-On credentials to log on to inSync.

Changing your inSync account password

To change your inSync account password

  1. On the left navigation pane, click My Account.
  2. Click the Account Summary tab.
  3. Click Change Password. The Reset Password window appears.
  4. Type the new password.
  5. Click Save.
Note: Your inSync administrator can configure inSync to accept only those passwords that comply with your organization’s password policy. If your organization mandates a password policy, make sure that your new password complies with it.
