Types of folders inside inSync Share
inSync Share can contain two types of folders:
- Share folders - The folders that you shared with others, or the folders that others shared with you. These folders are also synchronized across your devices.
- Sync folders - Thhe folders that are only synced across your devices.
How modifying sync folder data affects collaborators and devices
This table describes the impact of changes to a sync folder.

You rename the folder | None | The change is reflected across all your devices. |
You move the folder inside another sync folder | None | The change is reflected across all your devices. |
You move the sync folder inside a share folder | A new folder is available for the collaborators of the share folder | The change is reflected across all your devices. |
You delete the sync folder | None | The folder is deleted across all your devices. However, you can access the deleted folder from inSync Web. |
