Testing connection to inSync server

Testing connection to inSync server

If a backup fails, test the connection between inSync client and the inSync server. If you continue to encounter backup failures, contact your administrator.

 

To test connection

  1. On the left navigation panel, click Summary.
  2. Click the Details links. 
  3. Click Troubleshoot.
Note: This button appears only if your backup fails.
