Test connection to inSync Master


If a backup fails, test the connection between the inSync client and the inSync Server by using the Troubleshoot link. The Troubleshoot link appears only if your backup fails because of network  errors. If you continue to encounter backup failures, contact your inSync administrator.



To test connection

  1. Start the inSync client.
  2. On the Summary page, click the Troubleshoot link.
