This page gives a quick view of the status of different inSync entities namely storage, users, servers, and backup statistics.

Summary

DashboardSummary.jpg

The following table describes the fields in the Summary area:

Field Description
Users The number of users that were created and the maximum number of users you can create for your inSync setup. For example, 2 [25] indicates that you can create 25 users, but you created 2.
Devices The total number of devices, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets that are linked with your inSync setup.
Dedupe Ratio The ratio between the disk space occupied by the backup data after deduplication and the total data stored. For example, a Dedupe Ratio of 1:2.36 indicates that 1 unit of storage space was actually consumed and the absence of deduplication would have consumed a disk space of 2.36 units.
Storage Savings The storage space saved because of deduplication. This indicates the difference between the total data stored and the disk space used.
Storage Savings Summary In a graphical representation, the total data that is stored and the actual disk space occupied by the backup data.
