Configuring network and security settings of the inSync server

Overview

This section contains instructions for configuring network and security settings of the inSync server. 

About network and security settings

During the inSync Server configuration:

  • The URL and port numbers are configured.
  • The IP address or fully qualified domain name (FQDN) that inSync clients can use to communicate with the inSync Server is configured.

After the inSync Server is configured, you can load your own SSL certificate signed by an approved Certificate Authority for HTTPS access to inSync Admin Console and inSync Web.
