Changing your display name

To change your display name

  1. On the menu bar, click My Account.
  2. Click Edit. The Edit Administrator window appears.
  3. In the Display name field, enter a name
  4. Click Save.

Changing your password

To change your password

  1. On the menu bar, click My Account.
  2. Click Change Password. The Change Password window appears.
  3. Enter your current password and a new password. 
  4. Re-enter the new password. 
  5. Click Ok.

Defining your time zone

You can define the time zone for the region in which your Master server resides. After you define a time zone, the timestamp on the inSync Admin Console are displayed following the time zone. If you do not configure your time zone, the timestamp will be displayed as described below: 

  • Upgrades from inSync 5.2 and later: Timestamps are displayed following the time zone configured for the Master server.
  • Upgrades from inSync 5.1.1 or earlier: Timestamps are displayed following the UTC zone.

 

To define your time zone

  1. On the menu bar, click My Account.
  2. Click Edit. The Edit Administrator window appears.
  3. Enter the following details:
    • From the Country list, select your country.
    • From the Select time zone list, select your time zone.
  4. Click Save.
