SharePoint Online issues

Issue: Scheduled backups of Microsoft 365 Sharepoint Cloud App fail

Issue: SharePoint backup completes with errors due to excess files

To resolve this issue, see Troubleshooting.

Issue: No Content Backed up yet

No Content Backed up  yet message is displayed in the following scenarios:

  • If the selected site collection is enabled for backup, but, backup is not initiated for that site collection
  • If the first backup for the selected site collection fails.

To resolve this issue, one successful backup for the selected site collection is mandatory. See Backup SharePoint Online data.
