Reset the password for an administrator

Note: Only the cloud administrator can reset the password for other administrators.

To reset the password for an administrator

  1. On the inSync Master Management Console menu bar, click  > Administrators. The Manage Administrators and Roles page appears.
  2. Click the administrator for whom you want to reset the password.
  3. Click Reset Password. A message window appears.
  4. Click Yes.

inSync sends an e-mail with the new password to the administrator.
