Note: Only the cloud administrator can reset the password for other administrators.
To reset the password for an administrator
- On the inSync Master Management Console menu bar, click > Administrators. The Manage Administrators and Roles page appears.
- Click the administrator for whom you want to reset the password.
- Click Reset Password. A message window appears.
- Click Yes.
inSync sends an e-mail with the new password to the administrator.
