Log on to inSync Management Console

Overview

inSync Management Console provides inSync administrators the capabilities to manage and monitor inSync activities in their organization. However, inSync administrators need to log on to inSync Management Console to perform an activity.

Before you begin

Before you log on to inSync Master Management Console, ensure that you have the email ID and password for the inSync administrator account. You can obtain your login credentials from the invitation email.

Log on using inSync credentials

To log on to the inSync Master Management Console

  1. Open a Web browser.
  2. If you want to access inSync Cloud, type https://cloud.druva.com.
    If you want to access GovCloud, type https://govcloud.druva.com.
  3. Press Enter. The Administrator Login page appears.

  4. In the Email ID box, type the email ID for your inSync administrator account.
  5. In the Password box, type the password for your inSync administrator account.
  6. Click Login.The inSync Master Management Console appears.

Note:  inSync displays inSync End User License Agreement (EULA) to every Cloud administrator who attempts to log on to inSync Management Console for the first time. Cloud administrators must read it and click Accept to acknowledge it to proceed further.

Log on using SSO

To log on using SSO

  1. Open a Web browser.
  2. Type https://cloud.druva.com.
  3. Press Enter. The Administrator Login page appears.

  4. In the Email ID box, type the email ID for your inSync administrator account.
  5. Leave the Password box blank.
  6. (First-time login) On the SSO authentication page to which you are redirected, enter your IdP username and password and click Login

Note: inSync prompts you to repeat step 6 if you log in from a different browser or a different computer. 

  1. Click Login.The inSync Master Management Console appears.

Note:  inSync displays inSync End User License Agreement (EULA) to every Cloud administrator who attempts to log on to inSync Management Console for the first time. Cloud administrators must read it and click Accept to acknowledge it to proceed further.
